How does the shipping schedule work?
Vault editions ship four times a year:
Spring: March 15 (Join by March 5)
Summer: June 15 (Join by June 5)
Fall: September 15 (Join by September 5)
Winter: December 15 (Join by December 5)
Do monthly and annual members get different prints?
No — all Vault members receive the identical limited-edition quarterly release on the exact same shipping schedule. The only difference is whether you fund your allocation upfront annually or distribute it monthly.
Why are there monthly charges if prints ship quarterly?
If you choose the monthly plan, your subscription breaks the annual cost into simple $25 monthly payments. Every transaction reserves and funds your upcoming quarterly fine art release.
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Yes. You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time directly through your account before your next billing date.
Due to the limited-edition, custom-produced nature of each release, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation stops all future renewals; it does not retroactively refund previous billing cycles or cancel prints already in production.
Damaged Shipments: If your print arrives damaged during transit, please contact the studio within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and artwork to arrange a replacement.
